    I have already ordered tickets for our daughter and grandsons. Where are the Will Call locations for picking up the tickets?

    Hi Sharon,

    The Will Call option is a wonderful option that Disney made available back in "2002" for guests who would like to purchase their Park admission tickets separately (not as a package with your WDW Resort) and ahead of time, but avoid having the "extra" charges of shipping and handling applied by picking them up yourself instead of having them mailed to your home.

    The tickets can be picked up starting the day after you made the order and can only be picked up at the Walt Disney World Resort locations in Florida.  You will have quite a few options for these "Will Call" locations:

    1) Pick up your will call order at any Theme Park ticket booth and this also includes the Water Parks(Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach).

    2) At any Walt Disney World Resort lobby concierge desk.

    3) and lastly, at any Guest Relations location, including Downtown Disney.

    Please make sure to bring your confirmation number and valid photo I.D. along with you and if for some reason you have lost or forgotten your confirmation number, don't worry you will still be able to retrieve your park tickets, but not at a WDW Resort lobby concierge desk (they will need the confirmation number to find and issue your ticket), but you can visit any of the Guest Relations locations and they will be happy to help.  

    Please also note that Florida resident, seasonal, annual or premium annual passes cannot be picked up at the WDW Resorts.  You must go to any Guest Relations location or any of the Theme Parks or Water Parks ticket booth locations.  Have a magical vacation!
