Ashlie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If I already linked my 2020 site tickets to my experience app can I unlink them?

    Hey there,  Ashlie!

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney! I hope this quick reply finds you enjoying all the fun of making plans for your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

Typically, once you link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, there isn't a feature in the My Disney Experience website or the My Disney Experience mobile app that would let you unlink them. There is a feature that allows you to easily reassign the ticket to another person. I'm not certain if that capability will be enough to help you with what you're looking to do. My best suggestion is for you to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357 or by connecting with them through the easy online chat service. The Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk can offer you great guidance to help you with what you're wanting to do.

When you do get to planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I hope you'll come back to planDisney with any questions you might have about all the must-see and must-do experiences. Each of us here on the planDisney Panel looks forward to sharing suggestions with you. We're here for you and happy to help.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
