    Hi, I am already linked as an adult to my sister's friends and family list and we have started making fastpass selections. How can she update my character in the my disney experience app? we tried on phone, ipad and pc but were unsuccessful. thanks!

    Hi Aimee! Learning the ins and outs about your My Disney Experience account takes some time. But once you have used it once you will be thrilled at the ease this makes all your future Walt Disney World vacations.

    Once you have your My Disney Experience and you need to update something about it such as your profile picture, you will need to click on Personalize My Profile. You will be asked to sign in with your password and it will take you to your personal page. Under the picture it will ask if you wish to update this picture. You are the only one who can do this as it is your personal account. Even though you are linked with your family and friends you are the one in control of your account. This might be why your sister was unable to update the character picture.

    Now and then there are also small glitches to the system. If you have tried changing this yourself and still can't please call the technical assistance line, 407-939-4357. They are there to assist you and can walk you through the steps if necessary.

    You will find all of this easier and easier the more you use it and soon will be wondering how you ever did without such an easy planning tool. Have a great time on your upcoming vacation.
