Hello, I already have a Florida annual pass but I just bought one for my son (4) Do I need to bring proof of residency or can I just bring my license and Disney pass as proof when I pick up his pass at the park?

Welcome to planDisney, Caitlin! How exciting that your son will be joining you as an Annual Passholder; I'm sure you are going to have an amazing year making all the most magical memories together! Since it looks like you'll be visiting tomorrow, let's jump right into your question so you can focus on getting to the magic quickly!

Caitlin, as you know, guests 18 years of age and older must show proof of Florida residency to activate a Florida Resident Annual Pass, while guests under the age of 18 can activate their pass by the adult traveling with them verifying an address on their behalf. If you've already verified your Florida address online and then purchased your son's ticket, it should be good to go at the gate; if you have not, I would recommend bringing your proof of residency with you even though you have activated your own Annual Pass to avoid any confusion at the ticket window.

I hope this is helpful, Caitlin! With so many exciting perks and discounts offered to Passholders throughout the year, the magic is ready to welcome you and your son home again and again! If you have any other questions as you plan for your visits throughout the year, we'll be happy to help you any time here at planDisney! We hope to see you again real soon!

    Magic Awaits,
