If I have already done online check-in, when/how do I request a specific thing? Like, I am staying at AOA in LM room and would like to be in building 7 with a Lake view. Do I call now and request or wait until we arrive? Thanks for your help!!!

    Hi Casey!!!

I totally understand how a specific room location is important for your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel!!  I was able to get the exact location I wanted at the Polynesian Resort this summer and it was awesome!!

I would recommend calling Disney's Art of Animation Resort approximately three days before your vacation and requesting your room specifics.  The phone number for the resort is (407) 938-7000.  Once you call, simply ask to speak to the room assigner.  From there they will give you all the details on how to make room requests.

I hope this helps and that you have a magical day!!
