If you have already bought your tickets and a new deal comes up making the tickets cheaper, will that be honored and can you get the deal for the cheaper tickets?

    Hello there, Jackelyn!

I’m so glad that you found planDisney because there has been so much exciting news coming out of the Disney Parks Blog, between new summer ticket offers and exciting news for the launch of 2024 bookings for theme park tickets.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, and you won’t be able to downgrade them to a less expensive ticket once you’ve already purchased them. However, I do have a useful tip in that you can purchase the least expensive ticket for your upcoming trip and save the other tickets for a date in the future. Did you know that you can change the date of your unused tickets?

It’s pretty easy to change the dates of your tickets in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you’re in the app, select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “Tickets and Passes.” You can select the ticket you would like to change to “Change Ticket.” You can select the new date by using the calendar. Don’t forget to make your Theme Park Reservation afterward.

May the magic be with you!
