Ann, your Disney Resorts Collection reservation information should be listed in your My Disney Experience account. If you haven’t already done so, please
log in to your My Disney Experience account by clicking here. Next,
navigate to the “My Plans” section of your account. Please scroll down to the section titled “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” where you should see your reservation. If you do not see your reservation already linked to your account, it is okay, Ann! I can help you link it.
Please
visit this page to link your Disney Resorts Collection reservation to your My Disney Experience account. You will need your confirmation number, as well as the last name listed on the reservation. If you do not have your confirmation number, please dial the telephone number listed on the bottom of that same page where a friendly Cast Member can help you locate it.
