I have already booked a stay for January 2025 at Riverside, however I did not book park tickets. I would like to book park tickets now, but realized I may not be able to make my reservation into a package deal?

    Hiya Staci!

Welcome to planDisney! I have had this same situation happen to me. I had excitedly booked a room-only reservation only to later realize I wanted to add on tickets. It's not difficult but you will have to cancel your room only to book the new package.

There are two options for you to get this switch done. The first is to cancel the reservation online and then book a new package with the room and tickets that you want online. The other option is to reach out via a phone call to the Cast Members at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. Don't delay as there are cancellation fees if you make changes less than 5 days from arrival. Having a package is important if you want to add a dining plan to your trip!

January is a fun time to visit as it is when the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is in full swing. It's a lovely time to visit EPCOT and see some amazing art with a Disney theme. I love how the food is creatively designed and still so delicious. Make sure to secure a few visits to EPCOT to enjoy it! (Also, a great way to use the snacks on the dining plan!)

I hope I was able to help! Happy Planning!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
