Already Booked 4 nights in Pixar hotel but can I upgrade to club level

    Hi David,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for continuing to trust us with your vacation planning questions.

It sounds like you are considering a stay at Pixar Place Hotel. Opting for Club Level access is always a magical upgrade to your vacation! The Creator’s Club at Pixar Place Hotel, located on the second floor, is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. One of the great perks of Club Level access is the complimentary food served throughout the day. The offerings at the Creator’s Club are brought in from Great Maple, located in the hotel lobby, and are often considered a bit tastier compared to other Club Level lounges.

I was able to hop on the phone with a helpful Cast Member, who shared some great information and provided a couple of options for you:

    1) There are rooms with Club Level service. If you have booked one of these rooms, access to the Club lounge is already included. While Club Level rooms are typically located on higher floors, at Pixar Place Hotel, they are spread across various floors throughout the property. You can call the hotel at (714) 999-0990 to confirm whether your room already includes Club Level access or to see if an upgrade is still available.

    2) If you are staying in a suite, you can add Club Level service for an additional fee, which is based on the number of guests. Suites are located throughout the hotel. To receive pricing and add the service to your reservation, you can contact Walt Disney Travel at (714) 956-6425 (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily).

One last tip: one of the best perks of Club Level access is fireworks viewing! While you won’t be able to see the fireworks from inside the Creator’s Club, you can head to the third-floor pool deck, which offers a great view of the Disneyland fireworks. The accompanying music and dialogue are broadcast there, so you can still enjoy the full experience, even if you’re not inside the park.

I hope this information is helpful, David. Please don’t hesitate to reach out again when planning any future Disney vacations. We here at planDisney are always happy to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your adventures.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
