I already booked Marceline to MK tour. It has an 8:15 start time and they want me there by 8, park opens at 9. Staying a POP. How do I get the the MK that early, are the busses running at around 7 so I can get to the MK or do I have to take a cab?

    Hi Leland!

Typically, Disney Transportation starts running an hour before a park is scheduled to open for that particular day.  If you are scheduled for the Marceline to the Magic Kingdom Tour with an 8:15 am start time then I would recommend taking a taxi from the Pop Century Resort to the Contemporary Resort and then walk from the Contemporary Resort to the Magic Kingdom (a 10 to 15 minute walk). If you take a taxi and ask to be dropped off at the Magic Kingdom, the taxi will drop you off at the Ticket and Transportation Center because they are not allowed to drop passengers off at the Magic Kingdom gates. From the Ticket and Transportation Center, you would have to take a Monorail or a Ferry Boat to the Magic Kingdom which will add more time to your journey.  There are sometimes early morning buses that go to the the Magic Kingdom for the character breakfasts which may be another option for you as well, but you will have to inquire when you get to Pop Century about what time this early morning run is scheduled for the days that you are there.

I hope that your Marceline to the Magic Kingdom Tour on your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
