Hi, Oneida!   We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday in Disney and have such great memories of that vacation.  It is such a magical age!

One of the great things about booking a Disney Vacation is that you can book exactly what you want.  When you go  HERE you can start the booking process by entering all your choices:  pick your dates, a resort, how many in your party, what kind and how many days of tickets, and add on dining.  It will give you a price so you will know right upfront what your costs will be.  You mentioned in your question the dining plan.  If you click HERE you can see the details of the different dining packages.

If you will be visiting Disney on your child's actual birthday, register for your FREE birthday admission ticket.  Also, stop by guest services to receive a "Happy Birthday" button to celebrate the special day!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
