I already booked my Disney world hotel by phone, but now I want to purchase trip insurance. How can I do so?

    Hi Victoria,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! If you would like to modify an existing resort reservation, you will want to call (407) 939-5277. Be sure to have your confirmation number handy. Simply explain to the Cast Member who is assisting you that you would like to add the trip insurance to your vacation. Here's a tip for you: Don't add it until your final payment is due. This is because trip insurance is non-refundable. Your Walt Disney World vacation deposit is fully-refundable up until 45 days prior to your arrival. Once you call to make that final payment, add the travel insurance at that time. Otherwise, if you add it months in advance and have to cancel for some reason, the deposit is still refundable but you will be out the money you paid for the non-refundable travel insurance.

Hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
