If I have already booked my disney vacation through a travel agent, is it possible to access my reservation through the Disney website? Do I need to call Disney to do this, or will they not give me any information if I booked through my travel agent?

Hi, Mechele!   Glad to hear you booked your vacation!   If you booked your trip through a travel agency, you will have to go through the agency to modify your reservation .   If there are any changes you need to make, contact your travel agent as soon as possible to allow enough processing time.  As each agency works differently, you will have to go to them to see what their change policies are.  Hopefully, your agent has experience in Disney and can help make sure you get all the help you need for your magical vacation!

If you have basic Disney Resort questions or need to make advance dining reservations, you can do this on your own without going through your travel agent.

I hope you have a great vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
