Aloha, taking Dec. 28, 2012 cruise to Bahamas, there are 7 adults, 5 kids (3-7), wondering what Disney usually does on New Years Eve, do they have Fire Works or any big special Events? Thanks, Skye

    Aloha, Skye!

Since you're from Hawaii, I have to ask...have you seen Disney's Aulani Resort in your beautiful home state yet?  Also, did you know that Disney Cruise Line now plans to sail to Hawaii twice in 2012?  I'm really, really excited about Disney's presence on your gorgeous islands, and I know you must be as well.

Okay...let's get back to talking about your New Year's Eve cruise next year -- that's so wonderful that you've got a big group going with you. Disney Cruises are great vacations for every age and stage of life! Disney Cruise Line is the first and only cruise line to offer fireworks at sea (at the Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party) on each and every sailing in the Caribbean and Bahamas.

Plus, on all Disney cruises which ring in the new year, these voyages include a special New Year’s Eve party -- complete with music, sparkling wine in commemorative flutes and a midnight countdown. You may even want to pack your party duds because the New Year's Gala will not only be fun, but it will be a memorable event for everyone!

Please let me know if you think of more questions before you sail -- they call me the Disney Cruise Mom, and I'm here to help! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
