Aloha, Debra!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! Mahalo for surfing by with your question. See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me, Debra and it will call you too when you enjoy the Hawaiian roller coaster ride at
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. We love this beautiful Disney Vacation Club Resort. We just visited for the third time this past August and enjoyed a one-bedroom Villa. You are going to love the spirit of Aloha and the magic of Disney when you visit next month.
Debra, I just looked through my own photos and did a little searching for the treasure that you seek. The one-bedroom Villas have a full-size, 12-cup coffee pot in the full-sized kitchen. I am unsure of the name brand or model, but we used traditional filters, and rest assured your room will come equipped with coffee. You are welcome to call down to Mousekeeping if you need additional coffee filters, bring some with you, or have them delivered with grocery delivery.
Now, one tip for you, Debra. I recommend purchasing the refillable coffee mugs from
Ulu Cafe. You can choose from the refillable plastic cups with the Hawaiian design or the Aulani-themed stainless steel cups which make great souvenirs. Not only can you refill them for unlimited hot and cold beverages during the duration of your stay at Aulani, but you can also get that morning Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah in your step by bringing coffee from your room with you. There is also a coffee bar in the mornings at
Off The Hook. If you are looking for a great treat to go with it, I recommend the pool-side fruit plate with banana bread or the pineapple yogurt parfait from Ulu Cafe.
I hope this helps you, Debra. If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, what can I say except you are welcome to stop back here. We are your vacation planning 'ohana. 'Ohana means family, and that means nobody gets left behind.
A Hui Hou (it means "until we meet again" in Hawaiian,)
