    Aloha, We are a dvc family and wanted to mail a package from hawaii to saratoga springs resort and we wanted to make sure it is there when we arrive...how far ahead should we mail the package and whats the best way to mail it....mahalo and aloha

    Your magical stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is almost here! The Resort is one of our Disney Vacation Club Home Resorts, and we've enjoyed many vacations there over the past 12 years. I love the wide open green spaces, tranquil feeling, and all the amenities. The Artist's Palette serves as both a Quick Service dining spot and a marketplace for essential groceries. The Turf Club Bar and Grill makes for great dining as well as a relaxing lounge space. On a few stays, we added extra pampering with simply luxurious visits to Senses Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. For me, one of the major attractions is the proximity to Disney Springs and all the fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment. Disney Springs is a convenient walk using the golf course path to Disney Springs, West Side or the bridge path to Disney Springs, Marketplace. You can also enjoy a trip on the Disney Vacation Club Ferry.

    In setting up a package shipment, you'll want to include your name and "Guest" like "Rehana (and your last name) — Guest," your confirmation number, and the Resort name and address shown on the Resort's home page. The Resort address for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is 1960 Broadway, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8446. It's worth noting that there will be a $5 per package handling fee. As for when to ship and how long shipping will take, my best suggestion is to check estimated delivery times with your shipping provider of choice.
