Aloha! We are coming to Disneyland in February. We have brunch reservations at Goofy’s Kitchen and tickets to go the park after that. Are we able to access both Disney Hotel and Disney park if we park at Disneyland self parking?

Aloha! Thanks for bringing your parking question to planDisney, 'Auli'i.

You've selected a yummy Character Dining experience. Goofy's Kitchen is one of our favorite ways to start the day and interact with Characters. Be sure to try Goofy's Famous Peanut Butter Pizza!

You can access both Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park using resort hotel parking. You'd simply enjoy your brunch and then exit Disneyland Hotel, walk through Downtown Disney District, and enter the theme parks at the Main Entrance.

But I want you to be aware of parking rates. Disneyland Resort Hotels offer complimentary parking for Guests visiting select restaurants. Goofy's Kitchen offers 3-hour complimentary self-park parking with validation. After 3 hours, the daily rate of $35 for the first hour and $10 per additional hour will kick in, up to a maximum of $75, prices subject to change and depending on vehicle size. Whereas, Theme Park Parking structures are $30 a day, subject to change and depending on vehicle size.

It might be worth it to self-park at the Disneyland Hotel, dine and receive your parking validation, and then move your vehicle to one of the Theme Park Parking structures for more affordable parking. There is a complimentary tram service, which will transport you to the Main Entrance from the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures.

I hope you have the most magical time!
