Aloha, It's me again, Smiles! Can you tell me more about Priority Seating at selected restaurants, like Carthey Circle, etc? I read about it on another blog, but couldn't find anything about it on the Disneyland website.

Aloha to you Ashlyn!  So nice to hear from you again!

So the Priority Seating you've been hearing about is a dining package for World of Color and here's how it works.  You dine at a select restaurant in California Adventure (Carthay Circle is one of these) and you will receive a special pass to access the preferred viewing promenade for World of Color.

Carthay Circle is my favorite Disneyland Resort restaurant, so if you're planning to dine there anyway, this a win/win situation!  All you need to do, is book a lunch or dinner reservation at Carthay by calling Disneyland Dining at (714)781-DINE.  Let your server know you're interested in the World of Color package.  Order an entree plus an appetizer -OR- dessert to receive the pass for the preferred viewing!

If you were asking about general priority seating for Disneyland restaurants... Priority Seating just means "reservation."  I always like to make advanced reservations popular for table service restaurants such as Carthay Circle and Blue Bayou, etc. because this ensures my party will be seated on the date and at the time we prefer without having to wait for an available table!

    Best Wishes,
