My almost 8 year old son has a sophisticated palate. We bought the Regular Dining plan and then dug deeper to see the kid's meals are pretty basic and not appealing to our son. Can we order regular food for him at the quick service QS restaurants?

    Hi, Tima!

Any child ages 3-9 on the Disney Dining Plan is welcome to order from the Adult Menu at Quick Service locations. Hopefully he will find some wonderful meals to enjoy.

At Table Service locations, children ages 3-9 on the Disney Dining Plan must order from the kids menu when available. If you are worried he will not like the menu options at table service locations, you might want to lean towards restaurants that are buffets or serve all-you-care-to-eat family style meals. This way he can try all the fare offered for both kids and adults. Some wonderful options are the Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon Café, or Cape May Café

I hope you find some great dining locations during your magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
