I am almost ready to book my ADRs (currently 214 days out, counting down!) and reading conflicting information. I read that you can book at 6am EST online or 7am EST on the phone- but then also read that you CANNOT book online? What's the earliest/easiest?

    Hi Shanna!

You've read correctly.  Phone lines open up at 7 am EST, and you can begin booking on-line at 6 am EST.  I've had more luck on the phones then I've had online, so I'd be inclined to suggest phones over on-line.  If you are trying to get a super popular spot for your first day's dining reservation, then I'd go ahead and book that one online first, and then go from there.  That's always my strategy - the most important reservation first, then the others, I don't typically take the dates into account.

A word on my personal experience:  I've had some issues booking subsequent days' reservations online (especially if it's a split stay), and end up calling 407 WDW-DINE for them to work their magic.  They're super helpful, and excellent at fixing little 'glitches.'  If you have your plan pretty set and written down, they're very efficient about getting those reservations booked for you.

Have a magical vacation and GOOD LUCK in your dining reservations quest!
