Almost all Disney advice says to get to the parks early, then take a break in mid-day. If everyone is on the same time schedule, wouldnt it be a better strategy to wait until maybe 2pm and stay for magic hours (planned accordingly by posted times)? Thanks

    Hi Terry,

Although many recommend leaving the parks for a mid-day break, in reality, most people don't necessarily take that advice. The parks are generally the most crowded in the afternoon, because that's the overlap time between those that go in the morning and those that go for the evening, as well as those who go all day.

We usually take a break around 1 or 2 pm and return around 4 or so. That gives us the opportunity to relax and maybe even enjoy the hotel pool. In my experience, the morning is almost always the slowest time of the day.

I hope that helps! Have a great vacation!
