Did you happen to take the time to visit the
Disneyland Resort during the holidays? I just love seeing the decorations and the Characters all dressed up in their holiday best. It truly is the “most wonderful time of the year”.
Oh no! I’m sorry to hEAR that you haven’t received your
Magic Key welcome package. By chance, have you checked to see if the
address on file is correct? I recommend starting there. If everything on your account appears to be accurate, I recommend calling the
Magic Key Membership Service line to see if a Cast Member can better assist.
