Hi all, We are staying in a Disney hotel and will be going to Epcot on a day with evening extra hours 9-11pm. Do we need to do anything / go anywhere to register to allow us to stay in the Park later? Or exit and re enter the park to scan our bands? Thanks

    Hi Lisa!

This is a great question! I love how thorough you are being with your planning!

Extra Magic Hours are fantastic! As a Guest of a Disney Resort hotel, you don't need to do anything other than have a valid theme park ticket and show up. If you plan to visit a different theme park earlier in the day, you will need to have the Park Hopper option included with your theme park ticket. Other than that, there is nothing to do other than enjoy yourself during the extra time!

During Extra Magic Hours, you will use your MagicBand or Admission Card to access the attractions and make purchases. This will validate that you are eligible to attend Extra Magic Hours.

I'm so excited for you as you plan your vacation!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
