Hello, are we allowed to take snacks and water bottles? The snacks my children want yo take are not sold at Disneyland.

    Hiya Gladys!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your excellent question our way!

One of my top tips for a day at the Disneyland Resort is to stay hydrated! Southern California can be hot and dry and drinking plenty of water is the key to a successful day! While you are welcome to bring your own water bottles, water fountains and water bottle refill stations are located throughout both parks. A map of drinking fountains can be found on the Disneyland Resort website. And, my friend and fellow panelist, Tony S, compiled a comprehensive list of water bottle refill locations

A day full of walking will have you working up an appetite, right? You’re in luck! You are welcome to bring snacks with you in a backpack. Just make sure your backpack doesn’t exceed 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. Also, it may not contain glass or loose ice of any kind as these items are not permitted. I recommend bringing a reusable ice pack to keep your food and drinks cool all day long!

I hope you have a wonderful time with your kids at the Disneyland Resort! Please come back with more questions in the future!
