I am so excited that you will be staying at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel during your upcoming trip! I just returned from a magical vacation to the Disneyland Resort where we had groceries and a stroller rental delivered to the Disneyland Hotel. Additionally, you can have
packages delivered to a Disneyland Resort Hotel in advance of your stay. No matter what you are having delivered, ensure that you provide the direct address of the hotel and the word “Guest,” your name, and the date you are checking in to the hotel in one of the address fields. Your items will typically be held at Bell Services until you arrive. If you ordered groceries, they will be kept cold in refrigerated storage (if applicable).
Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests can also ship items back home from the Bell Services desk. They have packing materials for you to use and will assist you in sending your belongings home. Furthermore, you can send any merchandise purchased in the parks or at select retailers in the Downtown Disney District back to your hotel for no additional fee. Simply let the sales clerk know you would like your items sent back to your hotel, you will fill out a form, and they will handle the rest. Your items will then be available after 7:00 a.m. the following day at Bell Services.
