Are you allowed to take shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the cruise ship?

Hello, Abby! Thanks for sailing to us at planDisney. Welcome! I can't wait for you to step aboard your Disney Cruise and into a vacation filled with magic and fun.

I understand wanting to bring your favorite toiletry items with you on vacation. You are absolutely welcome to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with you onboard. They don't even need to be travel-sized! However, if you'd like to save some room in your luggage, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion available for your use in your stateroom.

No matter what you choose to use on your tresses, I'm sure you'll be looking lovely for the photos you'll be taking onboard. You can keep track of photo opportunities using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while on the ship. Not only will there be times to meet and take pictures with beloved Disney Characters, there will be special photo backdrops too. You'll find this information listed in the Daily Activity Schedule within the app.

Abby, did you know that there is a salon onboard if you'd like some extra pampering? I have a friend who loves to get her hair styled before a special adult-exclusive dinner at Palo and I think that's such a great idea. I have to admit though, pampering always sounds like a good idea to me.

I wish you a relaxing vacation! Please cruise back to us if you have any additional questions. My fellow panelists and I could talk about Disney Cruises all day.

    Happy Planning,
