Are you allowed to take a rolling backpack into the park as long as it is smaller than 24" x 15" x 18"?

    Hi Susan!

Thanks for coming to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Bringing the right bag with you to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks is so important! You want to make sure it has room to for all the essentials you will need for your family, that it's easy for you to manage during the day and that it's going to securely hold all of your belongings. Since you will need to transport your bag throughout the theme parks and bring it with you on attractions, to view shows and in restaurants, your choice of a bag is very important! You are welcome to bring backpacks into the theme parks with or without wheels provided they are smaller than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high. So feel free to bring a rolling backpack with you for your trip!

As you are preparing your packing list, be sure to bring a few of my favorite items for a theme park day: hand sanitizer, ponchos (just in case it rains) and plastic or stainless steel water bottles (that can be refilled with complimentary cups of ice water from quick service restaurants). If you have other questions about items to bring into the theme parks, you can take a look at the Restricted Personal Items and you are always welcome to come back to see us and ask us another question!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
