Welcome to planDisney, Joy!
Planning ahead for snacks during your Disney Cruise is a great idea, especially for those moments when you're exploring ports of call or just need a quick pick-me-up between meals onboard. You can bring
nonperishable snack foods in their original factory-sealed packaging. You can also take your sealed snacks off the ship while visiting ports of call. When my son was little, we would bring pre-packaged Goldfish Crackers for him to snack on during our Port Adventures.
When
disembarking for Port Adventures, each adult must carry a photo ID, and every Guest will need to have their Key to the World Card scanned both when leaving and returning to the ship. If you're venturing out independently, be mindful of the time, as Captain Mickey adheres strictly to his departure schedule.
If any of your excursions involve water, Disney Cruise Line has you covered. You're welcome to take a few pool towels with you, and usually, Crew Members have a stack available when you check in for your excursion. After your day in the sun, simply deposit your used towels in the designated receptacles on the dock. The Crew Members will wash them, ensuring they're clean and ready for your next outing.
