    Am I allowed to take my laptop into the park? Does this also apply to grad night for which I will be a chaperone?

    Thanks for such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations to the new graduates this year! And thank you for sharing your time to chaperone during their celebration at the Happiest Place on Earth.

    I too have occasionally needed to get some work done while visiting the Disneyland Resort. And, yes, I have been allowed to take my laptop into the parks with me. At the security bag check, your case or bag will be examined. Security Cast Members expressed disbelief that I would have time to work with all the exciting attractions and entertainment in the parks. Though a laptop is a permitted item. If you happen to have some time before needing to enter the park for Disneyland Resort Grad Nite at Disney California Adventure Park, you might consider sitting in the lobby of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I found it was a location quiet enough for conducting even conference calls. There are also several locations around the Disneyland Resort where you can find complimentary Wireless Internet Access.
