    Are you allowed to use the entrance to California adventure form the California adventure hotel after 11am? We have dining reservations at the hotel mid afternoon and would like to go from the hotel into the park. It is also a oggie boogie bash night.

    Hi Nicole! Welcome back to planDisney! We love to see our fellow Guests returning to our little corner of the magic. I can see that you will be visiting during Halloween Time - only the BEST time of year, in my opinion! Happy haunts, pumpkin-flavored treats, and a family photo in front of the giant Mickey pumpkin at the top of Main Street, U.S.A. are just a few of the BOO-tacular things you will discover in the parks this season!

    You are taking a page right out of my Disneyland planning book! One of my best tips is to book a midday lunch reservation, and you can often find me at Storytellers Cafe or the GCH Craftsman Grill in the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I just love escaping to this oasis to get a break from the park hustle and bustle. The Craftsman-style architecture and sweeping ceilings ... and air conditioning in the lobby, make this a great spot to slow down and let the magic settle in around you. While I know it's tempting, the entrance to Disney California Adventure Park that is located within the hotel is reserved for hotel Guests. In addition to needing a theme park ticket and reservation, Guests will be asked to present an active room key to use this entrance. Guests who are not staying at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa are able to walk through the Downtown Disney District to the Main Entrance Gate. You can mobile order a sweet treat from Marceline's Confectionary and stroll through World of Disney® for some memorable souvenirs on your way in!
