Am I allowed to decorate my Disneyland Hotel room door with vacation themed magnets?

    Hi Debbie,

Welcome back to planDisney, and thank you for continuing to trust us with your planning questions!

I was able to confirm with a Cast Member at the Disneyland Hotel that Guests can decorate their hotel room door with vacation-themed magnets. In my experience, I’ve seen many Guests do this on Disney Cruises, but it’s also a fun way to personalize your room door at the hotel and add a little extra charm. Just be sure to use magnets so nothing damages the door.

If you’re looking for other ways to decorate your room, you might want to look into in-room florals and gifts. There are several packages you can choose from, and they can be delivered directly to your room. This makes for a wonderful surprise, whether it’s someone’s first hotel stay, a birthday, or an anniversary. You don’t have to be present for the delivery, which adds to the magic! I hope this information was helpful, Debbie! If you have more questions or would like tips for an upcoming adventure, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We're always here to add a little extra pixie dust to your vacation.

    Happy Planning!
