Hi Michelle! Welcome to planDisney!
As long as your cool bag is
smaller than 24 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 18 inches high, you are welcome to bring it into the Parks. You are also permitted (and I highly recommend) to bring any necessary
medication into the Parks with you. All bags coming into the Parks are subject to security checks.
Based on what you've said, it sounds like you need to ensure that your medication stays at the correct temperature. I want to let you know that you're welcome to visit
First Aid in each of the Parks. The Cast Members here are very helpful and can safely store your medication and ice packs at the appropriate temperature for the day. I suggest clearly labelling your medicine with your name and contact details. Don't hesitate to ask these Cast Members if you need anything else to make your day more comfortable.
If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you could also speak with the
Front Desk to ensure any medication is correctly stored. Please know that every room in Disney Resort hotels is equipped with a small refrigerator.
Michelle, I hope this information helps today and that you enjoy a magical and safe trip to Walt Disney World. If there is anything else you need, please stop by planDisney again!
Have a delightful Disney day,
Louise
