    Are we allowed to bring our own snacks and drinks to the park?

    Hi, Jayda!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing us this great question!

    I'm happy to let you know that you may bring your own food, such as snacks that do not require heating, into the theme parks. You just need to make sure you adhere to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules. Certain items are prohibited, and there are restrictions on the size of coolers and backpacks you can bring into the theme parks. The Park Rules are updated regularly, so be sure you review them before your trip.

    My three daughters love to snack, so I like to pack granola bars and other treats to have on hand in between meals. Bringing a few snacks is a great way to save some money and keep everyone happy. It's a win-win!
