Hello there, Tracy, and thank you for visiting us at planDisney!
Tracy, I have great news: Outside food and drinks are allowed in the
Disneyland Resort theme parks. However, any outside food and drink must comply with the
Outside Food policy posted on the Disneyland website. This policy states: "Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverages into the parks for self-consumption, provided they are not in glass containers, do not require heating, reheating, processing or refrigeration and do not have pungent odors." Please note that this policy is subject to change, so please make sure to check back before your visit.
One of my favorite things to bring from home is a refillable water bottle, as there are numerous
water bottle filling stations throughout the Disneyland Resort Parks. Perfect for staying hydrated! My favorite bottle-filling station is in
Disney California Adventure Park near the San Fransokyo Square restrooms. While you're there, grab a sourdough loaf from the Boudin Bread Cart!
Tracy, I hope this answers your question. Please come back again if you have any more planning questions!
Best,
Melissa
