Hello, and welcome back to planDisney, Rachel! I love chatting with a fellow resident of the Keystone State about my favorite vacation destination and hope I can help in your planning.
Rachel, packing (and double-checking) my park bag is an important part of my pre-park morning routine while at Walt Disney World, so I appreciate this question. From ponchos to
pins, and bandaids to buttons, there is a lot to consider when contemplating what to bring. To best answer your questions, I checked the
prohibited items list, and while it does not specifically list crystals, there are two categories that I would consider when making your decision.
First, weapons of any kind are not permitted. If the crystal you are referring to is sharp at any angle or could be misinterpreted as a weapon, I would encourage you to leave it at home to avoid any concerns. Second, glass containers are also prohibited. If the crystal you are referring to is fragile and could easily shatter if dropped, I would also encourage you to leave it at home to avoid any unfortunate mishaps.
Rachel, I hope this helps as you are preparing for an upcoming visit. If you haven't visited the Walt Disney World Resort recently, don't miss the newest thrilling attraction at Magic Kingdom Park:
TRON Lightcycle/ Run. Available to experience by
Virtual Queue or the purchase of an Individual Lighting Lane, you'll speed through the grid and hopefully win the game!
Please come on back with any additional questions.
Lauren
