Hi Brenna! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
There's nothing in the current
park rules to prevent Guests from using crutches as they navigate their park day. I hope that's good news!
The Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and accessible destination for all Guests, which makes visiting with different abilities a breeze in our family's experience. Since you might be experiencing mobility issues on your visit, please check out the information provided by the Disneyland Resort on accessing the park with
mobility disabilities, which applies to more than just Guests in wheelchairs. Information about
accessing queues might come in handy, so take a peek at it ahead of your visit. Also, feel free to speak to a helpful Cast Member if you have additional questions during your visit: They're always happy to assist in any way they can.
I arrived at the parks on a visit, fully ambulatory, and by the time I was a day into that trip, I was no longer able to walk comfortably due to physical limitations. It could have ruined our trip, but it didn't! We ended up renting a wheelchair, and we found the experience to be really easy from rental to navigating the parks. While you don't require a wheelchair or ECV, just remember that
the daily rental option is available to you if using your crutches on a long park day would become uncomfortable. You'll find these devices available to rent for the day at the Stroller Shop, conveniently located outside the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.
I hope you have a magical visit!
Elizabeth
