Walt Disney World Resort vacations is our very favorite thing to do.
I see that you already chatted with my friend and fellow panelist, Nilson, about managing plans for the kiddos in your travel party. I'm sorry you're still experiencing difficulty getting that Family & Friends List sorted out! I know that's incredibly frustrating. When you sent the invitation to the adults in your party who are managing the kids' accounts on My Disney Experience, they should have received an email notification with an option to approve the request you sent. If they approve the request for you to manage the kids' accounts, you should be fully connected with management privileges.
If those emails were not received by the adults in your travel party, or if they were and you're still experiencing difficulty, not to fret! My best advice is to
call the Technical Support line. A friendly Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience will be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty getting everyone in my extended family of 14 (kids included)
connected through Family & Friends and I was having absolutely no luck. I called for help, and a Cast Member was able to manually access my account and get it all sorted for me!
