Hey there, hi there, ho there, Michelle!
Welcome to planDisney. We're delighted you've dropped by with a wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It sounds like you're quickly approaching your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. How exciting! I'd be happy to help you prepare for a day filled with enchantment.
Michelle, it seems as though perhaps you'll be toting a
tiny Mouseketeer around the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. As the parent of a little one myself, I'm quite familiar with the best way to push a stroller down Main Street U.S.A. (Avoid those trolley tracks!) To understand what's permitted past security at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, we should refer to the list of prohibited items included in the
property rules. Michelle, wagons and stroller wagons are not allowed in any Walt Disney World Resort theme park or water park. However, you may see some in the theme parks marked with "wheelchair" tags. These are granted in special circumstances where a wagon may be needed for transport due to a
disability.
Strollers under 31" wide and 52" long are permitted in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. My family likes to bring a stroller from home so that we can utilize it in the airports as well, so if you have one that meets these criteria, you're welcome to bring yours along! Alternatively, single or double strollers are
available for rental at all four theme parks and at Disney Springs.
Michelle, I hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you and your little Mouseketeer a fun-filled day at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional planning questions, you're always welcome to revisit us here at
planDisney! We're all ears.
See ya real soon,
Lauren
