    I pulled out one of my printed Times Guides from my June trip and Enchanted Tales with Belle is not listed on it.  However, they do listed the hours on the link for Enchanted Tales with Belle.  You can click on the small calendar icon to change the date to show the hours for the day you plan to visit the Magic Kingdom.

    You can also view times by downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This app is free and available for both iPhones and Androids. This will not only give you the hours for Enchanted Tales with Belle (and other attractions) but also the current wait times. Sometimes I check current wait times when I'm at home and dream about being at Disney :-)

    From the time you step into Maurice's Workshop, I'd estimate the experience lasting approximately 25 minutes.  Enchanted Tales with Belle is very popular and the line doesn't seem to move very quickly. I'd suggest going early before the line gets too long.
