Welcome to the Moms Panel Lori! We're super excited to have you hEAR!
Wow - 50 years old and never been to Disney? The good news is that its never too late to experience the magic!
I'd try to arrive as early as possible on my arrival date. I'd spend the rest of the day exploring my resort and then heading to Downtown Disney for dinner at Fulton's Crab House. I'd follow that up with a romantic flight aboard Characters In Flight and shopping. You could also head over to Epcot and have a romantic dinner at one of the pavilions in the World Showcase. Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada, Les Chefs de France, San Angel Inn and Via Napoli are among my favorites. End the evening by watching IllumiNations.
The next day I'd plan to start out at the Magic Kingdom. This is a great park for the young and young at heart. Top off the evening by watching Wishes at the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party.
Depending on your departure time on your third day, I'd head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Be sure to do the Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition Everest. Lunch at Flame Tree Barbeque is yummy.
Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) can be made beginning 180 days prior to your trip by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
