Hi Allison, I am planning my next girls' weekend trip to Disney. We have already enjoyed the Backstage Magic Tour. Would you recommend the Keys to the Kingdom tour or the Wild Trek Tour for our next magical outing?

    Hi Lisa,

I'm a Disney fanatic & love to soak up the history & stories behind the theme parks & attractions. Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour allows you to do that at the Magic Kingdom. It was one of the first backstage tours I've taken & is dear to me. One of the highlights of this tour is going into the utilidors.  Since you've taken the Backstage Magic Tour, you've already done that so I'd suggest something totally new & different for your next girls' weekend.

Take the Wild Africa Trek.  It offers a one of kind experience that you'll love! This tour allows you to get an up close view of some of the animals from some unique perspectives. I can just imagine some of my girl friends giggling with me as we cross over the rope bridge dangling over huge crocodiles.  Its also great that you'll have a PhotoPass Photographer capturing these memories during your adventure. You'll get a PhotoCD in the mail after you've returned home.

One of our Moms Panelists recently took the Wild Africa Trek with her family. Click here to see a video of Jackie's adventure.

The current price is $189.00 for the Wild Africa Trek & $78.00 for Keys To the Kingdom Tour (keep in mind that prices are subject to change at any time without notice & can vary upon seasons). Theme park admission is required & not included in the price of these tours. That is a big difference but keep in mind that you'll be using lots of specialized equipment & areas designed specifically for this tour. A portion of the fee you pay for the Wild Africa Trek is donated to the Disney Wildlife Conservation Fund.  Knowing that I'm contributing to the fund while having an amazing time gives me the warm fuzzes.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
