Allison, thanks for your response to my Magic Band question! One quick follow up - you mentioned that the bands will be used to link PP pictures. I planned to preorder PP+ but am now wondering if I should hold off? Would the voucher still be valid? TY!

    Welcome Back Alyssa!

Its always exciting to plan ahead and it helps calm me down before my trip (a little).  I just received my PhotoPass+ voucher in the mail yesterday and can't wait to take advantage of it on my upcoming trip!

That is a great question. I contacted the super helpful Cast Members at www.DisneyPhotoPass.com to make sure I was giving you accurate information.  Since MagicBands are still in the testing phase, there is still no information available as to when Guests will be able to link their Disney PhotoPass images to their accounts. I wish I could give you a better time frame but all we're hearing is "in the coming months" and "sometime later this year".

The Cast Member I spoke with said that they cannot guarantee what special offers will be available in the future. Perhaps the current offer will still be available for your trip or they may be offering something different at that time. He told me that they will honor the vouchers if Guests purchase them now even if the offer is no longer offered at the time of your trip.  However, he said that he recommends that Guests wait until they are within 6 months of their trip to pre-order in case they decide to cancel their trip for any reason because they are unable to issue refunds for products pre-ordered more than 6 months prior to trips.

Keep the questions coming!  We're thrilled to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
