Hi Allison. Thanks for MNSSHP info. If I pre-order the Photopass CD but don't get many pictures (like last trip when DH ended up in the hospital for most of the trip) can I get a refund? I'm hoping for lots of great pictures this time, but you never know!

    Hi Marilea,

You are so very welcome!  I am happy to help you and glad to see you back :-)

I am so sorry to hear that your DH ended up in the hospital during your last trip! I'm sure you were all disappointed but I hope you were at least able to have some fun before that happened. I am glad to hear you're planning another trip :-)

I spoke with a super helpful Cast Member in PhotoPass Guest Services.  She told me that if you pre-order the PhotoPass CD and don't get a lot of pictures you're happy with, you can request a refund.  It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for you to see the refund on your credit card.  She also said it would be helpful if you save the link with your order information.

Even if you request a refund of your pre-paid PhotoPass CD, you can still order pictures and products individually.  This would be considered a separate transaction so you would pay for this separately once you review the photos on your Pre-Paid CD and decide what you'd like to do.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you that your next trip is super magical - full of pixie dust  - and you get lots of awesome pictures to remember it!!!  Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
