Hi Allison L ! Thank you for that great response about the resorts in my question. For the Polynesian, is there a concierge level? If so, what does it entail? Also, do you know when packages for May will be available?

Welcome back, Thomas! I'm glad my answer helped in your early planning.

The Polynesian does have a concierge level, which is called the Club Level. Added amenities for/in these rooms are:
    • evening turndown
    • secured key access to club level lounge with refreshments from 7am-10pm
    • pre-arrival Walt Disney World itinerary planning
    • complimentary health club access
    • access to concierge service at King Kamehameha Club
    • personalized front desk and guest services
    • complimentary newspapers in the lounge
To see the rates and availability of these rooms, visit the Polynesian Rooms and Rates page. Keep in mind that rooms only (not a package) can be booked up to 499 days in advance by calling (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639). However, if you want to book a package, this can't be done until the rates are rolled out for the following year. Packages for 2014 will most likely be released in the late summer/early fall. Historically, that has always been the case.

Again, feel free to stop back by and ask more questions as they come up. Have a magical day.
