    To Allison V., GA I have retried to ring & book the Pirates & Pals cruise & still haven't talked to anyone. I want to take my son on 6th (1st preference), 5th, 2nd Nov & 30 Oct in that order. If your friend can help I'd be very grateful. T

    Hi Karen,

    I have been racking my brain trying to figure out why you can't get through to 407-WDW-PLAY.  I called them to check their hours of operation.  They operate from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST.  I know there is a big time different between Australia and the States.  I asked the Cast Member if she had ever booked for Australian guests before and she said she had many times.

    I also contacted someone who works directly for the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage to see what alternatives there might be for you.  Unfortunately, Disney does not book this cruise or other specialty tours on line right now.  I'm assuming because there is a lot of information to go over when booking (that's just a guess on my end). They also are not set up to take reservations by email. Its just not safe to send credit card information via email and that is required when booking a Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage as well as any of the speciality tours.

    If you are staying on the concierge level at a deluxe Walt Disney World Resort, their Itinerary Planning office should be able to assist you.

    If none of these options work (or you don't have a friend in the States that could try to get through & book it for you), I'm afraid you'll have to wait until you arrive to book - try calling as soon as you arrive. It sounds like you have a few dates to choose from which will give you a better chance of getting on board.   I really am sorry!  I wanted to get a great answer for you but I didn't find a simple solution. I will keep my fingers crossed that this works out for you.
