Allison, Fantasmic was not going to be an option on our trip in a couple of weeks, but now that they have extended the schedule, is it a must see? What tips do you have for us about seeing it?

    Hi Trey,

Welcome to the Moms Panel! It was very exciting news to hear that Fantasmic! will now be performed each evening through September 30th.

Fantasmic! is an awesome show but you may already have an itinerary in place since its so close to your trip. If you don't have any wiggle room, I would stick to your current plans and start planning your next trip to Disney as soon as you return from this trip and put Fantasmic! on your must do list for that trip. If you are able to fit it in without upsetting your current plans too much, then I'd recommend seeing it.

Fantasmic is a very popular show and many people arrive at the Fantasmic! theater 60 - 90 minutes prior to show time. If you want to see it and cut down on wait time, you could check to see if there is any availability for the Fantasmic Dining Package.  Click here for more information. This is a popular package and usually books up pretty fast but you may get lucky since they just opened up new dates. If there aren't any reservations available, keep checking for cancellations up to the last minute.

If you are traveling with any kids in your party, bring something to keep them entertained while you're waiting for the performance. Kids can get a little antsy especially at the end of a long fun-filled day. We usually bring snacks or small games (bubbles), light up toys and we make use of our cell phones with games.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
