Hi there, Kathleen! I'm so glad you asked such a great question!

You might get a different answer if another one of our Moms answered your question, but here's my theory with regards to Free Dining being announced and other rumors regarding discounts. If I didn't read it directly from the Walt Disney World website or another official Disney site, like their facebook or twitter accounts, I don't believe it. So, that being said, I would not loose hope until you hear it from the source. Keep watching the Walt Disney World Special Offers page because if and when Free Dining is announced, you'll be sure to find out there and can call to have it added to your vacation package!
