Hello all! For parents with little ones who cannot wear masks. What kind of coverings for strollers did you use if any for better protection? I am thinking of purchasing a sun hat with a visor for my son.

    Welcome to planDisney, Shantai!

I just recently had my first baby! I’ve definitely been eager to keep him safe while we’ve been out and about! I think it’s a personal decision on how far you would like to go to protect your little ones, so always follow your Jiminy Cricket when making these choices!

For me, I have felt comfortable with a weather resistant stroller shield! These are also extremely handy as they will protect from the rain as well! I like them because they usually have small vents on the side that you can have open or shut to control the ventilation within the stroller! These are easy to find on Amazon or eBay, and are relatively inexpensive and easy to travel with!

I think having a hat with a visor is also a brilliant idea, Shantai! I have seen a few of these at gift shops within the parks and Disney Springs as well if you’d like to purchase one when you arrive! If you have any additional questions before your trip we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney!

Meet the Panelist: Allyn, Florida

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
