    On allears.com, saw that DW Free Dining is extended until 9/12 for Canada & Lat. Amer., the UK till 11/12. I'm coming there w/5 fam mem 10/12(8 days, spending alot), want to know why I can't get this, I live in USA? Someone to call, very upset! Please

    Hi Judy!

    Unfortunately, Disney offers various discounts to various populations from time to time.  Some times the discounts are available for everybody and other times they are limited.  However, I can understand why you are not happy.  I suggest writing a letter to Guest Services at Walt Disney World.  You can also call (407) 939-6244, but I personally think writing a letter would be better.
