Hi Alison-the panel is fantastic! So excited for 1st yr at Food&Wine fest! Is there reserved seating for the Sweet Sunday& culinary demos, or do we have to stand? When is the chef lineup announced for demos? Can we buy tickets in advance? Thanks!

    Hi Sabrina,

Welcome back to the Moms Panel! We're glad you're hEAR! Thank you so much for your kind words!  We love helping you plan your trips.

I like to think of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival as an amazing way to eat, drink and be educated.  While a complete list of events and chef lineup hasn't been released yet, information is starting to come out regarding the 2011 festivities. The Disney Parks Blog recently gave an update on this year's events - click here.

This year Sweet Sundays will be held on Oct 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Nov 6th and 13th.

I haven't attended every event or demonstration but the ones I have attended did have seating.

Reservations for this year's ticketed culinary and beverage programs will begin at 7 a.m. on Aug 16th by calling 407-WDW-FEST (407-939-3378).

Chef Hans Rueffert, who is the husband of one of our own Disney Moms Panelists (Amy R.), was one of the presenters last year. If he is scheduled this year, be sure to check him out.

For updates, keep checking the official website http://www.foodwinefest.com

The Disney Food Blog does an awesome job of keeping up with the activities and line ups. Its an unofficial Disney website but I've found their information to be super helpful during my planning.

Wishing you many magical yummy in the tummy memories :-) Allison
